This is a exhaust I have devellop to those who customise their Zündapp engine with a cylinder kit from a aircooled Yamaha YZ-80. I have different models depending on where and what type of register that is desired. The common thing with all pipes is, that the engine will not let the front wheel down to the ground, without complaining........ |

These pictures shows a damage RS 125 exhaust. The rear end is exposed and not easy to protect when you go down. So what you have to do in this case, is to cut off the damaged part and manufact a new one.
This picture shows the lack of roundness in a blown factorymade exhaust. That is one of the reasons why roling cones that are welded is so much better.
This is one of the features you can get if you order a repair of the tailsection. It is a changeable bleederpipe mounting. Very good to have for instance when it's raining, it is possible to attach a smaller bleederpipe for higher backpressure to maintain pipetemperature and better velocity.
